How many photos should I send?
One clear, front-facing photo is enough. Extra angles help us catch more detail in the hair and outfit.
Will it actually look like them?
Yes. Hairstyle, glasses, outfit and colouring come from your photo, we check every preview, and you approve a 3D preview before we print.
Is it hand-painted, clay or handmade?
No. Your MiniME is 3D-printed in full-colour resin from your photo. The colour is printed, not painted on, and it is not clay or a hand sculpt. That is how it keeps the face, hair and fur markings from your photo.
Can their pet be in it?
Yes. Choose the Single + Pet option: up to 2 pets, held in their arms.
What if I want a specific outfit?
Send a full-body photo in that outfit, or tell us what you'd like and we'll work from a reference.
How long does it take?
Your preview appears on screen in under a minute, with a copy by email. Once you order, we make your piece in 6 business days, then tracked shipping takes 10 to 16 days, with all duties and import VAT included. That is about 2.5 to 3.5 weeks in total from your order.
Why does Etsy show a customs notice?
Etsy shows where our print partner ships from, and for EU addresses it can add a general customs notice. All duties and import VAT on your order are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
