Ordering a figurine for Christmas?
When is the last day to order for Christmas?
It follows from how long a piece takes: we make it in 6 business days after you order, then tracked shipping takes 10 to 16 days.
For Christmas: order by 24 November and it arrives by 20 December.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, free and tracked. Your preview appears on screen in under a minute. Duties and import taxes are already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You don't need a card and you don't have to order. It's the easiest way to see what your MiniME will look like.
Is there a small gift for a Christmas stocking?
Yes: the pet keychain. Their dog, cat or any other pet at 3, 4 or 5 cm, in full colour with their own markings. It starts with the same free preview.
What if the preview isn't right?
Reply and we'll adjust it together. You approve again before anything is printed.
Why does Etsy show a customs notice?
Etsy shows where our print partner ships from, and for EU addresses it can add a general customs notice. Duties and import taxes on your order are already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
