Giving a couple figurine for an anniversary?
Do I need a photo of them together?
Ideally yes, one photo with both faces clear. If you only have separate photos, send both and we'll compose the pose.
What if our best photo is far away or dark?
Use whatever photo you have. One customer's only photo of her parents was a holiday snap from across a bridge, the two of them small in the frame and backlit by a waterfall. We worked from it.
Can it show what they were wearing?
Yes, from the photo: her parents came back in his polo and her navy jacket, with the bag across her shoulder. Send a full-body photo if you want the outfit to match.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes. You send the photo and approve the preview yourself, so they only see the finished piece.
Will it arrive in time for the anniversary?
