Good to know
Questions, answered
What photo works best for a pet?
One clear photo where you can see their face and markings. A normal phone photo is plenty.
Will their markings be right?
Yes. Each one is designed from your photo and printed in full colour, so patches, stripes and colouring are matched.
Can I get a person as a keychain too?
Yes: the MiniME keychain is your favourite person's head on a keyring, in the same three sizes. Each keychain is one person's head or one pet; for the two of you together, choose a statue.
How long does it take?
Your preview appears on screen in under a minute, with a copy by email. Once you order, we make your piece in 6 business days, then tracked shipping takes 10 to 16 days, with all duties and import VAT included. That is about 2.5 to 3.5 weeks in total from your order.
Why does Etsy show a customs notice?
Etsy shows where our print partner ships from, and for EU addresses it can add a general customs notice. All duties and import VAT on your order are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
