What is a pet figurine?
Your pet on their own, in full colour, standing on a small round base. It is made from one photo, so the coat and markings are theirs.
Can I have two, three or four pets together?
Yes: up to four pets together on one base, from one photo of each. To be in it yourself, holding them, choose the 1 Figure with a pet.
What photo works best for a pet?
One clear photo where you can see their face and markings. A normal phone photo is plenty.
Will their markings be right?
Yes. Each one is designed from your photo and printed in full colour, so patches, stripes and colouring are matched.
How long does it take?
Your preview appears on screen in under a minute, with a copy by email. Once you order, we make your piece in 6 business days, then tracked shipping takes 10 to 16 days, with all duties and import VAT included. That is about 2.5 to 3.5 weeks in total from your order.
Do I pay for shipping or customs?
No. Tracked shipping is free worldwide, and all duties and import VAT on your order are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
